These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Score 807 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use Score 807's services and must cease use immediately.

Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and the freezing of all funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Score 807 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, even if carried out without your knowledge.

Score 807 will not be liable for any losses arising from your sharing of login credentials or your failure to keep your account secure.

Processing Time

General Bonus Terms

• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are for wagering use within the platform only and cannot be transferred or redeemed directly for cash.
• The wagering requirements stated must be met in full before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Score 807 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or strategies clearly intended to exploit promotions.

Entry to and retention of a VIP tier is dependent on betting activity within a specified period.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Score 807 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

Score 807 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account at any time if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Account Closure by Player

You may close your Score 807 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the necessary checks are completed. Balances derived from bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements may be forfeited upon account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, Score 807 reserves the right to hold funds in the relevant account pending investigation. Funds verified as legitimately obtained will be returned once the investigation is concluded. Funds obtained through fraud or in breach of these terms will be forfeited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Score 807 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.

Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures established by Score 807.

The Malay version of these Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.
